Position Summary:
We are rapidly growing our paid search book-of-business and therefore looking to add an experienced PPC Specialist who can help conduct campaign audits, creations, optimizations, and reporting for our clientele using Google and Microsoft Ads.
Our usual budget allocation per client ranges between $25-100K per month (with huge potential to scale beyond this). All PPC campaigns are focused on generating direct phone calls (>90% of leads) and some form submissions. Understanding call attribution with PPC campaigns is a bonus but also something we can teach on the job.
The ideal candidate therefore has a proven track record in lead generation and is capable of overseeing a client portfolio upwards of $500k/month in managed spend. Experience managing campaigns for addiction treatment or mental health centers is a big plus.
Client communication is predominantly owned by our Customer Success Team but the SPS is expected to jump on client calls as needed to help communicate campaign strategies, provide performance updates or support with technical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and formulate strategic account structure aligned with client objectives and campaign-established KPIs
- Fully own the monitoring, optimization, and campaign management of assigned accounts on Google and Microsoft platforms
- Take the lead on campaign performance tracking with Google and Microsoft Ads, GA4, and Call Tracking
- Monitor & optimize campaign performance metrics i.e. cost-per-lead, cost-per-VOB and cost-per-admission
- Write compelling ad copy that drives performance while adhering to the clients brand guidelines
- Create landing pages specifically for PPC campaign efforts
- Configure campaign dashboards using our reporting software and prepare bi-weekly optimization summaries along with monthly reports
- Support our AEs and CSMs as needed during weekly/monthly client calls
- Remain on top of the Behavioral Health industry and up to date with new betas, feature releases, and changes occurring within the SEM landscape
Requirements:
- English fluency (C1-C2 level)
- 3+ years of experience in paid search managing budgets over $20,000/mo via Google and Microsoft Ads
- Ability to implement & and configure call tracking, GTM, and GA4
- Experience working with project management software such as ClickUp or Asana
- Proficient with data analysis in GA4 and marketing reporting software
- Have worked in a similar role at a reputable US market-focused agency; preferably in Health Care or another competitive industry (with high CPC and larger budget allocation)
- Highly organized, motivated, and a self-starter with a strong ownership of work, reliable and able to handle multiple priorities
- Ready to dive in and collaborate with the best in the field
- Certifications required are Google Ads (all), Microsoft Ads and GA4
