Ubicación : Bogotá, Colombia.

Objetivo

Proporcionar información y liderar la implementación de la estrategia de gestión de producto/marca asociada con un producto o línea de productos en todas las etapas de su ciclo de vida para maximizar el atractivo del producto/marca para los clientes objetivo. Panificar y liderar la implementación de planes de gestión de productos/marcas para recopilar los requisitos del usuario y diseñar productos o desarrollar mejoras, incluidos los servicios de diseño técnico, cuando corresponda. Desarrollar un enfoque comercial general, para garantizar que la experiencia del cliente para el producto o línea de productos esté unificada en todos los canales (sitio web, redes sociales, comercio electrónico e interacciones interpersonales).

Responsabilidades

Creación y ejecución del plan de marketing de la marca a cargo. Creación local de las campañas de visita médica en sinergia con el área medica.  Creación de diversos materiales a necesidad de acuerdo con el stakeholder en sinergia con el área medica. Desarrolló de la estrategia de omnichanel marketing engagement. Desarrollo de canal digital. Lidera la agencia de eventos y la agencia creativa  Responsable por el proceso de innovación del portafolio y lanzamiento de nuevos productos. Posicionar a la compañía a partir del diseño de estrategias que vayan en linea con los objetivos de la compañía, respondan las necesidades de campo y ofrezcan soluciones pertinentes. Así mismo asegurar su adecuada implementación. Garantizar el relacionamiento con Líderes de Opinión de la industria, fomentar las relaciones académicas con sociedades científicas y profesionales del sector salud en las áreas relevantes a su terapia. Trabajar de manera cross funcional con las áreas de comercial, asuntos regulatorios, logística, compliance entre otras para el desarrollo de estrategias alienadas con los requerimientos de cada una de esta áreas y lograr así sincronia en su implementación. Garantizar el cumplimiento del GM objetivo de la marca con el fin de asegurar la rentabilidad de la compañía

 
Perfil

5 años de experiencia mínima en puestos similares en mercados de medicamentos farmaceuticos.

Buscamos profesional en carreras administrativas, ingeniería, mercadeo, o carreras a fines.
Especialización en Mercadeo. 
Ingles intermedio a avanzado (A probar)
