Serving over 1 million customers annually across Europe under the esteemed brand CELLONIC®, we established our office in Bogotá, Colombia, in 2022, to support our team in Berlin.

What We Seek: We're looking for individuals with a foundational understanding of category management, a readiness to learn, and the ability to support our Category Managers in Berlin.

As an Assistant Category Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Market and Competitive Analysis
  • Ensuring Product Data Quality
  • Analyzing Sales Data
  • Reporting Inventory Observations
  • Generating Improvement Ideas
What We Expect:
  • Degree in Business, Science, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in category management, project management, or business development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools (i.e. Asana) is a plus
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in Advanced English (B2 level at a minimum); multilingualism is an asset.
