Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing end-user support for our internal toolset. The ideal candidate will possess specialized product administration knowledge of Atlassian products and will be instrumental in supporting our team ways-of-working transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.).
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of the internal toolset.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Atlassian suite.
  • Support cloud migrations and design custom workflow solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate Atlassian tools into software engineering processes.
  • Train and mentor junior associates to build internal expertise.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in cloud migrations and custom workflow design is a plus.
  • Previous help desk or technical support experience preferred.
  • High English level
