We are hiring an **IT Professional Tech** with help desk experience.
This is a **remote work**.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience working system information tools like CRMs and help desk
- Voice over IP knowledge e.g. Asterisk, Ringcentral, Five9, etc
- Knowledge of cloud service management tools like AWS, Azure or similar
- Native - Bilingual level of English
- writing, reading, and speaking
- Degree or certification in IT, Computer Engineering, web development or related job experience
**Duties**:
- Managing and troubleshooting computer systems on Windows platforms
- Help Desk and Network Administration support for multiple office users and work from home users
- Support of our logistic systems and e-commerce API integrations like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.
- Maintain and update documentation such as IT inventories
- Support various IT 3rd party systems and software
- Communicate and work well within a team environment
- Report of daily and monthly tasks to IT Manager and Supervisor
**Pay rate: USD **$800 - $1000
