Join Our Team as a Sales Executive

Are you a go-getter who thrives on driving sales and exceeding goals? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to be a key player in our growth journey. You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from building strong relationships with leads, negotiating contracts, to closing deals and ensuring seamless account management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handle sales orders and invoices efficiently
  • Create and negotiate contracts
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to post-sale support
  • Make outbound calls to nurture and convert potential leads
  • Close deals through inbound and outbound calls, securing contract signatures
  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Organize logistics for sales meetings and events
  • Maintain and update client records in the company CRM
  • Generate sales analytics and performance reports
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline sales operations
  • Assist in crafting engaging sales materials for presentations
  • Take on other exciting tasks that come your way

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales support or administration
  • Independent worker with excellent time management skills
  • English proficiency (C1 level) in both written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple iSuite, Zoom, and project management software
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Bonus: Knowledge of email marketing and social media engagement

System and Work Setup:

  • High-speed internet (25+ Mbps) with a backup connection
  • PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, Core i3/Ryzen 3 or better, Windows 10+ or Catalina 10.15+, 500GB/128 SSD storage
  • Headset with noise cancellation, 720p+ webcam
