For the EWL internal resources, LATAM team, we are looking for a talented Administration Assistant.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Information Hub and Point of Contact:

  • Function as the primary source of information for all operational inquiries related to the Colombian branch.
  • Field and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Research and gather information to address complex requests, collaborating with relevant departments as needed.

Liaison and Communication:

  • Serve as the primary contact for outsourced accounting, treasury, and tax service providers.
  •  Facilitate clear and timely communication between internal departments and external vendors.
  • Coordinate and transfer information related to payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and taxes.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Manage and organize documentation related to recruitment, personnel, and payroll.
  • Maintain and update document management systems for efficient recordkeeping.
  • Order necessary office supplies and resources.

Coordination and Support:

  • Collaborate effectively with headquarters departments on back-office tasks.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for branch personnel.
  • Assist in preparing reports and analyses for internal use.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum secondary education with a preference for higher education in administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or liaison role.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Native Spanish.
  •  English B2.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
