Responsabilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to foster professional growth and ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and solutions that align with business objectives.
- Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and methodologies to maintain high-quality code and efficient development processes.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of applications.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable and resilient serverless applications using JavaScript, NodeJS, TypeScript, API Gateways, and AWS Lambda.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system outages in a timely manner.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve team capabilities and technical expertise.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations on architectural designs, technology selections, and implementation strategies.
Experience and knowledge
Must-Haves:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, and TypeScript development.
- Experience with API Gateways and AWS Lambda.
- Focus on serverless architecture.
- English level C1 (Please apply ONLY if you meet this requirement)
- Only applies LATAM
Good to Haves:
- Proficiency in Python development.
- Experience with Salesforce platform.
- General DevOps knowledge and CI/CD experience on AWS.
