Job Overview: Your Ticket to a Global Hospitality Career

Be part of our client’s team as a Reservation / Revenue Analyst. In this role, you'll manage inventory and reservations, support the sales team, and perform essential revenue analyses. You'll ensure seamless operations, accurate reporting, and optimized revenue strategies.


Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
Work setup: Remote, Bogota/Medellin


Responsibilities: Crafting the Ultimate Guest Experience

  • Operate as the inventory manager for all assets based on segments, channels, LOS patterns, etc., ensuring that deals and changes submitted by the Sales Team align with the current revenue strategy.
  • Manage new and existing reservations from all internal stakeholders, including but not limited to corporate bookings, group bookings, and internal corporate travel.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of rate plans, room types, and products offered within existing and new assets.
  • Load applicable rate plans and inventory into all relevant channels.
  • Build and update all rate codes in revenue management systems.
  • Assist the Director of Sales and Director of Revenue Management in compiling reports and information.
  • Perform simple analyses to monitor reservation status (e.g., room night, rate, and revenue statistics).
  • Accurately prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory usage reports and any other reports on demand.
  • Prepare weekly forecasts to reflect occupancy levels and balance inventory for need dates, and distribute them to all departments.
  • Run Group Pick-up meetings for 30-60-90 day arrivals with the sales team.
  • Verify all group resume information and ensure all group cut-offs are met and inventory is released as per contracts.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure that rooming lists and reservation cards are processed in a timely manner.
  • Work with the Sales Team as needed to ensure effective and efficient management of group inventory, providing direction when needed on cutoff date extensions and additions to inventory.

Qualifications Needed: Are You Our Next Hospitality Pro?

  • English Level: C1.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental computer skills, including but not limited to word processing, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/Teams. Experience with Monday.com and Hubspot CRM is a plus.
  • Self-starter, results-driven, able to work independently, and capable of coming up with creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Systematic and process-oriented mindset, with strong administrative skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Comfortable with change and an exceptional problem solver; thrives in dynamic, ever-changing environments and is self-motivated.
  • Strong individual contributor with a team-oriented mindset; willing to do the heavy lifting for the benefit of the team, even if it isn’t your responsibility.
