Role Overview

As a Deal Desk Analyst at Coupa Software, you will be integral to our North America Deal Desk operations. Your expertise in finance and sales processes will help streamline our quoting and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Management: Oversee the structuring and pricing of deals, ensuring compliance with special terms and exception approvals.
  • Documentation: Ensure all deals are supported by comprehensive booking packages, including fully executable agreements and proof of delivery.
  • Support Lifecycle: Act as a vital resource for our Field Organization throughout the customer and contracting lifecycle, from lead generation to contract renewal.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams to review and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, while establishing and enforcing contracting guidelines.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in software sales, finance, or operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of various licensing models, including subscription-based pricing and cloud solutions.
  • Strong grasp of revenue recognition principles.
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with project management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex pricing proposals to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence and reporting tools, including SFDC.
