Job Description
The Revenue Intelligence team is looking to hire a PowerBI Analyst supporting our global business. The successful candidate for this role will be able to do the following :
Oversee and support the design, development and implementation of PowerBI Reporting for Sales and Marketing teams Partner and provide consultative data to help leaders better understand and forecast business needs Collect business requirements and design analytics use cases delivered in PowerBI Knowledge of PowerBI (Proficient in DAX and Power Query) Convert current analysis performed in Excel or similar tools using PowerBI and PowerAutomate Strong knowledge of the most recent reporting capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ways to extend Dynamics OOB reporting capabilities using PowerBI Interface, provide high level updates and manage deadlines with key business stakeholders in the company Ability to learn quickly and be comfortable asking questions and seeking answers Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure and ever-changing environment and must be able to manage multiple requests at the same time English requiredJob Duties
Serve as the subject matter expert for Revenue Intelligence analytics, reporting and workflows Works directly on the Revenue Intelligence team, but partners with key stakeholders across Sales and Marketing Understands business needs against operating plan, sales pipeline and forecasts Assist with research and development of special projects for revenue cycle strategy Develop and maintain analytics for error identification, testing and output generation to maintain a high level of quality of data. Follow data management standards to ensure analytics and reporting meet various revenue cycle initiatives needs while ensuring accuracy and quality of data. Collaborate with larger Revenue Intelligence team to share learnings, best practices and ideate to take reporting to the next level
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a preference to Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Analytics, Data Science and related Advanced English level (B2-C1) is a requirement 1-4 years of experience in analytics data, data structure and creating stories out of data. Proven working experience with PowerBI (DAX or Power Query) Experience with enterprise database systems such as SQL server, Snowflake, and CRMs like Microsoft Dynamics or SalesforceDesired Skillset
Aptitude for telling stories out of big data Collaborative and forward thinker Ability to take feedback and create story out of requirements Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Strong analytical/problem solving skills. Demonstrates ability and skills with performance improvement methodology Excellent with time management, managing priorities and meeting deadlines
