Local: Bogotá

Purpose: Provide input to and lead implementation of accounting programs and policies to manage or perform work in general financial accounting activities of the organization

Responsabilities:

·Drive continuous improvements with regards to accounting processes to achieve a best-in-class finance function and bolster service levels, high level of business oriented.

·Provide input to and lead implementation of accounting programs and policies to manage or perform work in general financial accounting activities of the organization.

·Research and evaluate financial accounting reports/schedules for internal audiences (management reporting) and for external audiences (compliance and audit reporting)

·Prepare plans and policies to ensure that financial accounting practices are compliant with both internal and external financial policies, standards, and legal requirements.

·Understand and analyze control/reconciliation of accounts and records.

·Prioritize and coordinate implementation of financial transaction recording standards and automation.

·Coordinate key financial activities linked to cost accounting/taxes/budgeting.


Requiriments:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Language: Advanced English

Experiencia: Solid experience in Accounting area and team management.
