About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Leader to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing input to and leading the implementation of accounting programs and policies to manage or perform work in general financial accounting activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvements with regards to accounting processes to achieve a best-in-class finance function and bolster service levels, high level of business orientation.
  • Provide input to and lead implementation of accounting programs and policies to manage or perform work in general financial accounting activities of the organization.
  • Research and evaluate financial accounting reports/schedules for internal audiences (management reporting) and for external audiences (compliance and audit reporting).
  • Prepare plans and policies to ensure that financial accounting practices are compliant with both internal and external financial policies, standards, and legal requirements.
  • Understand and analyze control/reconciliation of accounts and records.
  • Prioritize and coordinate implementation of financial transaction recording standards and automation.
  • Coordinate key financial activities linked to cost accounting/taxes/budgeting.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Language: Advanced English
  • Experience: Solid experience in Accounting area and team management.
