**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Invoicing and Financial Record Management:** Oversee invoicing processes to ensure accuracy in financial records and manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely transactions.
  • **Budgeting and Financial Reporting:** Develop and manage budgeting processes to offer insights for cost control and utilize accounting software to prepare and present monthly financial reports to leadership.
  • **Financial Process Improvement:** Identify and implement improvements for financial processes to enhance operational efficiency and support informed financial decisions.
  • **Collaboration and Communication:** Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and compliance, and communicate financial information to leadership and stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:** Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • **Experience:** Minimum of 3.5 years of accounting experience.
  • **Skills:** Strong analytical, problem-solving, and accounting skills, solid understanding of GAAP and relevant regulations, and proficiency in accounting software.
  • **Certifications:** CPA or CMA preferred.

  • **Experience:** Experience in a similar role within a growing organization.
