Misión

En Bravo 🚀, estamos buscando un talentoso Marketing Acquisition Leader 😎para impulsar nuestra estrategia de crecimiento en plataformas digitales.

Lo que harás:

  • Dirección Estratégica de Campañas en Medios Digitales: Supervisar la planificación y ejecución de campañas publicitarias en plataformas digitales, optimizando la inversión en medios para maximizar la eficiencia y alcanzar audiencias específicas.

  • Gestión de Relaciones con Socios: Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para socios, garantizando una atención y apoyo adecuados para mantener relaciones sólidas y mutuamente beneficiosas, así como asegurar un flujo constante de leads de alta calidad.

  • Identificación de Nuevas Oportunidades de Negocio: Explorar continuamente nuevas oportunidades de colaboración y expansión, estableciendo relaciones con potenciales socios estratégicos para impulsar el crecimiento y diversificación de las fuentes de leads.

  • Análisis de Datos y Toma de Decisiones: Liderar el análisis del rendimiento de las iniciativas de adquisición de leads, utilizando datos y métricas clave para tomar decisiones informadas que optimicen las estrategias y tácticas de generación de leads.

  • Desarrollo y Gestión del Equipo: Liderar el desarrollo y la gestión del equipo de adquisición de leads, proporcionando orientación, capacitación y apoyo para impulsar el crecimiento profesional y garantizar un alto rendimiento individual y colectivo.

  • Relacionamiento Interno y Colaboración: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros equipos de ventas y áreas funcionales para alinear estrategias, compartir conocimientos y optimizar los procesos de adquisición de leads, garantizando una ejecución integral y coherente de las iniciativas de generación de leads.

Perfil
  • Pregrado en Marketing, Comunicación Social, Mercadeo y Publicidad, Economía, Administración de Empresas Ingeniería Industrial 

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en adquisición con experiencia liderando equipos.

    ¿Qué habilidades debes tener?

  • Conocimientos en Marketing Digital: publicidad en redes sociales, SEO, SEM y marketing de contenido.

  • Gestión de Campañas Publicitarias: Experiencia en la planificación, ejecución y optimización de campañas publicitarias en plataformas digitales como Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, entre otras.

  • Analítica Web: Capacidad para analizar el comportamiento del usuario en sitios web y aplicar esos insights para mejorar la efectividad de las campañas de adquisición de leads.

  • Optimización de Conversiones: Experiencia en la identificación y aplicación de prácticas de optimización de conversiones para aumentar las tasas de conversión en las diferentes etapas del embudo de ventas.
