The Position
Con el rol de “Marketing Value Lead Ophthalmology”, podrás diseñar e implementar las estrategias de marketing del área terapéutica a cargo, generando valor de manera integral, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes stakeholders que intervienen en la ruta del paciente, brand journey y el ciclo de vida del producto.
Adicionalmente, podrás diseñar, detectar, reutilizar y acompañar las iniciativas necesarias para apalancar el logro de los estimados - outcomes de la línea terapéutica asignada, teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de innovar, reinventarse constantemente, buscando el liderazgo en el mercado y trabajando con los equipos de ecosistema y network y lograrás participar de manera activa en el rol que corresponda dentro de los equipos interdisciplinarios, aportando al propósito de Roche, guiado por los valores de agilidad

Este rol te brindará la oportunidad de participar y conducir las siguientes actividades:
Identificar y ejecutar los outcomes en concordancia a la estrategia corporativa
Asegurar la alineación del plan estratégico y priorización de tácticas hacia los demás equipos de la compañía, con el fin de garantizar el triple win Roche, orientado a los resultados del producto y las áreas terapéuticas asignadas.
Conocer exhaustivamente el mercado de referencia: Ventas, evolución, principales competidores, puntos de apalancamiento, Patient Journey, etc. Incluido mantener
