Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (such as in digital marketing) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years in marketing with a proven track record of developing successful lead-generation campaigns.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically.
- Exhibits strong analytical skills to interpret market data and performance metrics.
- Showcases excellent communication and leadership qualities to work cross-functionally and drive team efforts towards common goals.
- Minimum English Qualification: Advance B2
- Remote in LATAM

Core Responsibilities, Activities, and Deliverables:

- Develop and Execute Optimized Marketing Strategies
- Generate specific and qualified leads to generate prospective NicaSource staff augmentation clients
- Create marketing strategies for NicaSource products and NicaSource clients
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, reinforcing NicaSource’s value proposition and differentiating it in the market.
- Define geolocation-specific marketing plan and ensure marketing is targeted with client lead generation markets (USA focused, including global) vs recruiting markets (LATAM only)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Segment the target market to tailor strategies effectively.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content that attracts and engages target audiences.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, analyzing the ROI of marketing investments to inform future strategies.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in trade shows, conferences, and webinars, including booth design, promotional materials, and follow-up strategies to convert leads captured during events.
- Prepare and implement crisis communication plans to proactively manage any negative publicity or brand image challenges.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive website strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals. The strategy should focus on enhancing the user experience, increasing traffic, and optimizing for lead conversion.
- Achieve Cross-Functional Synergy and Enhanced Communication for Overall Marketing Effectiveness:

- Maintain open lines of communication with all relevant teams, including the people operations department and delivery area management, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Offer innovative marketing solutions that not only align with NicaSource’s business objectives and brand vision but also address the evolving market trends and customer expectations.
- Maintain active communication with leadership to grasp evolving needs and expectations.

- Attend all mandatory company meetings and participate in team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion and ensure alignment with company values.
- Represent NicaSource positively in all client interactions, upholding the company’s reputation and serving as an ambassador for the brand in every design project.
- Familiarize with and adhere to NicaSource’s policies, guidelines, and reporting requirements, ensuring professionalism and transparency in all activities.
- Support Continuous Improvement and Personal Development:

- Foster an environment that promotes continuous learning and adoption of the latest marketing technologies, strategies, and best practices. Encourage the marketing team to experiment with new tools and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Organize regular mentoring sessions that facilitate the creation of personalized development plans for each team member, focusing on both technical skills, such as data analysis and digital marketing tools, and soft skills, such as creative problem-solving and communication.
- Maintain the Personal Development Tracking Spreadsheet up to date to monitor and record each team member's progress against their set goals and objectives. Regularly review and update the spreadsheet to reflect any new skills acquired or milestones achieved.
- Advocate for and secure time and budget for team members to engage in learning activities, including attending workshops, obtaining marketing-relevant certifications, and participating in industry-specific training sessions.
- Actively communicate with People Operations and other relevant departments to discuss the needs and concerns of the marketing team. Ensure that the necessary support and resources are provided to facilitate their professional growth and development.
