Manager Quality (Call Center)
who is passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Your impact:

You will be responsible for leading and strengthening contact center quality assurance programs, setting standards, driving metrics, developing high-performing teams, and designing initiatives that elevate service quality and business results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and manage QA Supervisors, driving performance and professional growth.
  • Define and implement quality standards, monitoring frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Design and execute action plans, audits, and trend analysis to optimize productivity, quality, and customer experience.
  • Manage the QA budget and ensure achievement of financial objectives.
  • Identify cost-reduction opportunities through process optimization and re-engineering.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, procedures, security, and confidentiality standards.
  • Promote and implement "best in field" practices and share knowledge across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of call center experience (collections, sales, customer service, or technical support).
  • 2+ years of experience managing Quality / QA Supervisors.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
  • Proven leadership, communication skills, and a continuous improvement approach.
