Operations Manager, BPO – Focused on Sales & Growth
About the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Manager who excels at two things: running our BPO services efficiently and closing new business.
This is a high-impact growth role. You will be responsible for managing teams to deliver top operational performance while actively driving revenue by finding, proposing, and securing new BPO contracts.
What You Will Do:
Lead Operations:
Manage supervisors and operational teams to exceed all SLAs and quality targets.
Optimize processes and resources to ensure operations are lean and profitable.
Develop and mentor your team, maintaining a high-performance, low-turnover culture.
Drive Sales (New Business):
Proactively seek out and pitch our BPO services to high-potential clients (B2B).
Handle solution design, proposals, and high-level client presentations.
Negotiate and successfully close new service contracts. You will be accountable for direct revenue generation.
Mandatory Requirements:
Experience is Key: Minimum of 2 years of experience leading operations in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
Sales History: A proven track record of successfully closing B2B service contracts is essential.
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory for all work duties (written and verbal).
