About the Role:

We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing remote team.

As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact with potential customers across various markets — generating leads, building relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial outreach to qualification.

Your mission is to connect with prospects through outbound calls, understand their needs, and position our solutions as the perfect fit — helping fuel the company's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients and generate qualified leads.


• Identify customer needs and effectively present tailored solutions.


• Communicate product value clearly and persuasively.


• Nurture and maintain relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.


• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize conversions.


• Accurately document all activities, calls, and lead information in the CRM system.


• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to team growth objectives.

Requirements
:


• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).


• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, telesales, or outbound lead generation.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results.


• Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and headset.


• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.


• Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools is a strong plus.
