Objetivo del cargo
Apoyar al equipo de Sales en la etapa inicial del proceso de venta mediante la generación y calificación de los contactos claves en las cuentas objetivo definidas por la compañía, ayudando a iniciar el proceso de venta y creando una base sólida de prospectos que puedan convertirse en clientes.
Funciones generales:
Generar leads a través de diferentes fuentes como: llamadas en frío, bases de datos, email, referencias, redes sociales entre otros y asegurar reuniones con los contactos adecuados en clientes o prospectos para el equipo de Sales.
Realizar una calificación correcta de los contactos y posibles leads para ser atendidos con el equipo de Sales usando el método BANT (Budget, Authority, Needs y Timing).
Gestionar el ciclo de vida de MQLs (leads calificados por Marketing), desde la generación, calificación, seguimiento, monitoreo y cierre.
Gestionar, actualizar y mantener las de bases de datos y CRM.
Requisitos
Formación:
Tecnólogo o profesional en Administración de empresas, negocios internacionales, ingeniería industrial, marketing y publicidad, comercio y finanzas, ingeniería de sistemas, ingeniería electrónica.
Tarjeta profesional:
No es requisito si la carrera no exige una tarjeta profesional.
Experiencia:
2 años
Certificaciones deseables:
Certificaciones de ventas de soluciones como Palo Alto Networks, Qualys, CyberArk, SecurityScorecard, entre otras.
Preferiblemente experiencia en venta de soluciones de ciberseguridad.
Conocimientos:
Marketing, ventas, llamadas en frío
Requisitos especiales:
Habilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles.
