Job Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a sales professional whose main job is to identify and qualify potential customers for our company's products or services. You're typically the 
first point of contact
 in the sales process. To do so, he/she can use various channels and spend a significant part of his/her time prospecting. The objective is to secure new customers. As a Sales Development Representative representative, your focus will be on lead generation, lead qualification, cold calling, email outreach, and other sales-driven activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting potential clients and establishing first contact.
  • Setting up meetings/appointments with potential clients.
  • Proposing our solutions to potential clients.
  • Registering all sales-related activities in our CRM.
  • Managing sales processes.
  • Follow-up of sales.
  • Promoting the company and its product/solutions.

What we're looking for in the candidate:

  • This is a remote position.
  • This role offers a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commissions.
  • The candidate has access to a computer (laptop) and a stable internet connection.
  • Strong communication skills as 
    cold calling
    is a big part of this role.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Pro-active attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • 1-2 Years of relevant sales experience (preferably experience with cold calling).
