Estamos em busca de um(a) Sales Development Representative (SDR) altamente motivado(a) para se juntar à equipe de uma empresa global de tecnologia em expansão. Este(a) profissional será responsável por gerar novas oportunidades de negócio, qualificar leads e apoiar o crescimento da base de clientes na América Latina.
Responsabilidades
Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes (outbound) por e-mail, telefone e LinkedIn.
Qualificar leads e identificar oportunidades alinhadas à estratégia comercial.
Gerar reuniões qualificadas para o time de Account Executives.
Utilizar ferramentas de CRM e automação de vendas para gerenciar o pipeline.
Colaborar com as áreas de marketing e vendas para otimizar campanhas de geração de demanda.
Atingir e superar metas de conversão, atividades e geração de oportunidades.
Requisitos
Mínimo 2 anos de experiência como SDR ou em geração de leads B2B, preferencialmente no setor de tecnologia ou SaaS.
Experiência com prospecção ativa e qualificação de leads em diferentes canais.
Domínio de ferramentas de CRM (como HubSpot, Salesforce ou similares).
Habilidades de comunicação claras, empáticas e orientadas a resultados.
Português nativo e inglês intermediário ou superior (desejável).
Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido em Bogotá.
