Acerca del puesto:
Como Representante de Servicio al Cliente en AZUMA Appliance Leasing, serás el primer punto de contacto para nuestros valiosos clientes y prospectos. Tu función consiste en ayudar a los clientes con solicitudes en línea y por teléfono, proporcionar información sobre productos y arrendamientos, y resolver consultas de manera eficiente. Buscamos personas comprometidas con brindar un servicio y soporte excepcionales.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Escuchar activamente las necesidades e inquietudes de los clientes demostrando empatía.
- Resolver problemas aclarando dudas, buscando soluciones e implementando las acciones apropiadas.
- Procesar solicitudes recopilando la información necesaria y completando las transacciones con precisión. Identificar oportunidades para promocionar los servicios y explicar las características de los productos.
- Mantener registros precisos en la base de datos del centro de llamadas.
- Colaborar con los miembros del equipo para garantizar la resolución oportuna de las solicitudes de los clientes
Habilidades y Requisitos:
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia lpaboral como agente de atención al cliente BPO
- Nivel de inglés conversacional avanzado (B2+/C1)
