Job Opening: Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Remitly)
Modality: 100% On-site
Location: Carrera 68 #77–22, behind the Barranquilla Zoo
Eligible Cities: Barranquilla, Soledad, Malambo, Puerto Colombia, Salgar, Galapa
What will you do?
You will provide customer service in English for international campaigns, resolving inquiries, handling requests, and offering effective solutions.
Job Conditions
- Workweek: 42 hours
- Two days off per week
- Rotating shifts, which may include:
- Training +
- 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary and Benefits
- Base salary: $2,150,000 COP
- Monthly performance bonuses: up to $500,000 COP
- Fully paid training

Requirements
- English level B2 or higher (conversational)
- Full-time availability
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Must not have previously worked at Remitly
