Bilingual Customer Service Expert (B2)– Remote (National Coverage)

We're looking for Bilingual Customer Service Experts to provide inbound support for customers using a world-class global platform for travel services and accommodations.

Your Role

As a Bilingual Customer Expert, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Education and Work Experience Requirement:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Conditions:

  • English B2
  • 42 hours per week
  • Schedules:
  • - Training: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 17:00 pm
  • - Operations: Shifts are assigned between 12:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m./ 2 days off
  • Salary:
  • - Training Period: COP $1,852,080
  • - Operations: COP $2,315,000 + performance
  • Location: Work From Home (WFH) with National Coverage
