Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent at our renowned call center company. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
* Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution.
* Utilize effective sales and persuasion techniques to upsell products and services.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed performance targets.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment.
* Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level.
* Fluency in Spanish.
* Full-time availability with a flexible schedule based on shifts.
* Strong sales, persuasion, and customer service skills.
* High level of proficiency in English.
