Bilingual Customer Service Agent Location: Bogotá – Presential. Contract: Permanent – Indefinite Term.Schedule: 42 hrs per week, 2 days off.Salary: $3,000,000 COP + Benefits. About The Role Join our dynamic team at IGT Solutions, supporting major brands in the Hospitality and Tourism industry – including travel agencies, hotels, and airlines. You will handle inbound calls from customers, providing professional assistance, answering questions, and guiding them through bookings and reservations.
