Join Our Team as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish to support our diverse clientele. As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will be the voice of our company, helping customers navigate their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer service inquiries in both English and Spanish. Assist customers with product information, account questions, and concerns. Utilize strong communication skills to explain solutions clearly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide feedback and insights to improve overall service delivery. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is essential. English level: B2+ 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally. Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Benefits Salary: 2.850.000 COP+ uncapped commission. Bi-weekly payment through your savings account Bancolombia or Davivienda, the payment is made according to the payroll cut-offs. Type of contract: Open-Ended.
