Nova NRG is a fast-growing solar energy company based in Miami, Florida, committed to providing affordable and sustainable energy solutions across the United States. With a strong foundation in innovation and performance, we are seeking driven sales professionals to join our dynamic remote team.

We are currently hiring bilingual call center representatives, solar sales specialists, appointment setters, and individuals with experience in real estate, roofing, or home improvement sales. If you have a background in outbound calls, lead generation, or closing deals, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a thriving industry.

Position Overview

As part of our sales team, you will:

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners to present the benefits of solar energy.
  • Schedule consultations with solar experts to generate qualified appointments.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals through persuasive communication and a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with senior sales consultants to ensure a smooth customer transition and high satisfaction.

  • Base salary of $800 USD per month.
  • $100 USD commission per completed installation.
  • Weekly payments to reward consistent performance.
  • On average, agents close 5–10 installations per month.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in call center sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with the resilience to handle objections and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • A fully remote-ready setup, including a reliable computer, quality headset, and stable internet connection.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
