Colombia Huila Damage Restoration Company A tiempo completo

$5 - $7 Per hour, full time position.

**Join our great team at Reactic Restoration, a California based leading restoration company operating for over 17 years. We are looking for a new team member who is highly motivated, with great communication skills and fluent in English to work with us remotely.**
- Working remotely.
- 30-40 hours per week.
- Working closely with the project managers
- Communicating with insurance adjusters and customers
- Answering calls
- Scheduling and dispatching jobs
- Customer Service
- Data entry, updating files.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be fluent in English - speaking, reading, writing.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience working in the construction industry - plus.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

**Required**:

- Must be fluent in English - Speaking, reading writing.
- Must have a computer with two screens.
- Fast internet service available.
- Designated area to work from home (quite space).
- Workdays/hours - Monday to Friday (weekends, and night shifts as needed).

**Compensation**:
