We’re seeking a talented, dynamic, and highly organized **Bilingual (English & Spanish) Sales & Marketing Assistant** to join our growing team.

This role blends creativity, communication, and operational excellence, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support the sales and marketing team with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish — written and verbal — across multiple channels.
- Write engaging blog posts, marketing copy, and client messages.
- Build strong rapport with prospects and clients over the phone (call center support).
- Use **Canva** for creating visually appealing content and designs.
- Think creatively and contribute fresh, “outside-the-box” ideas for campaigns and strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Native or near-native fluency** in English and Spanish.
- Excellent writing skills with a knack for storytelling and clear communication.
- Outgoing personality with positive energy and a generous, team-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with Canva and basic design principles.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a stable power supply — essential for uninterrupted work and calls.
- Long-term commitment — we’re looking for a dedicated partner, not a short-term hire.
