Time for work: 9am to 5am EST
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, to communicate with clients, leads, vendors, and other parties involved in the real estate transactions or property management.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools, such as MLS, CRM, Zillow, Trulia, DocuSign, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc. to perform tasks such as updating listings, generating reports, creating flyers, sending contracts, scheduling appointments, etc.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with mínimal supervision and guidance from the real estate agent or property manager. A Spanish Real Estate VA should be able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, solve problems creatively, and take initiative to improve the workflow and customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: From $3,620,600 per month
