**Job Title**: Intake Specialist
**Industry**: Family Law
**Shift**: EST Business Hours (8 AM - 6 PM)
**Note**: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

As a Family Law Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will be responsible for conducting case evaluations, qualifying potential clients, scheduling attorney consultations, and ensuring a professional and compassionate first impression of our firm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough case evaluations to determine fit for the firm’s services.
- Qualify prospective clients based on established criteria.
- Schedule attorney consultations in an efficient and organized manner.
- Collect and process client payments with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain comprehensive records and notes within the firm’s CRM system (Lawmatics).
- Collaborate effectively with the legal team using platforms such as Slack and Dialpad.
- Uphold client confidentiality and represent the firm in a professional manner at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in client intake, lead conversion, sales, or case evaluation, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience in a US law firm (preferably Florida).
- Exceptional, accent-neutral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including experience with Lawmatics, Dialpad, Slack, and Gmail (preferred).
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and commitment to client service excellence.
