About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Spanish-English bilingual interviewer to join our team on a per need basis. The ideal candidate will be a native Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. This role will primarily involve assessing the Spanish and English language skills of our candidates in both verbal and written formats. As a bilingual interviewer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring candidates possess impeccable language proficiency. This is a remote position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • Assess candidates' language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and written communication abilities.
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates on their language abilities in both Spanish and English.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their language requirements for specific roles.
  • Source and recruit candidates for Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Outbound Sales Representative, etc.
  • Ensure timely hiring of 25 Spanish Bilingual CSR or Outbound Sales Representatives per week.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate assessments and interviews conducted.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and other team members to streamline the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proven experience in conducting interviews or language assessments, preferably in a bilingual environment.
  • Strong understanding of Spanish and English language proficiency levels and assessment criteria.
  • Ability to provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement in both verbal and written formats.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with remote interview platforms is a plus.
