In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling seca's premier line of medical Body Composition Analyzers and solutions. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, fitness centers, wellness clinics, and other potential customers. The Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of the healthcare and wellness industry, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. You will also call on current and prospective key accounts to expand seca's presence across Latam with these accounts.Reporting to the Regional Sales Managers you will be responsible for:Sales and Business Development:Identify and engage potential customers, including healthcare professionals, fitness centers, and wellness clinics, to promote seca's solution & services.Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential target segments.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into loyal customers.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase seca's solution and its benefits.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, partners, medical societies understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure customer/partner satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.Collaborate with internal teams, including regional sales manager, marketing, and product specialist, to provide feedback and improve customer experience.Product Knowledge and Training:Develop a deep understanding of seca's products, features, and applications in healthcare and wellness settings.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in body composition analysis technology.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to ensure proper usage and maximize customer value.Sales Reporting and Analysis:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, KPIs, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM systems or other designated tools.Generate regular sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.To be successful in this role you will have:·       Excellent Closing skills·       English level: B2 or higher.·       Hunter approach to sales·       Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, fitness, or wellness industry.·       Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.·       Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking and presentations.·       Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.·       Distinctive skills in dealing with customers·       Bachelor's degree in business, Biomed, Nurse or related technical area·       Identify with The Challenger Sales technique·       Experience selling solutions and SaaS is a plus.·       Skilled using Windows-based computer programs including Word and Excel as well as CRM (Hubspot)·       Excellent communication skills, the ability to work well with a team and demonstrate professional selling skills.·       Travel to support exhibitions, customer needs, and other travel as needed.> 70%Compensation & Benefits:·       Base Salary + Commission·       Laptop, smartphone, tablet.·       Full Medical – Medicina Prepagada.·       Continuous training to make you even more successful·       A great working atmosphere, for a stable global organization in growth mode over next 3-5 years.·      You can expect a challenging and varied task in an innovative environment with flat hierarchies, a young direct sales team, personal responsibility, and personal creative freedom
