Descripción del cargo:
Como Sales Channel Specialist serás responsable de
diseñar, implementar y escalar
el canal de partners (Referral y Resellers) en Colombia, asegurando que represente una parte creciente de nuestras ventas. Esto incluye desde la prospección activa hasta la gestión de relaciones, pasando por onboarding, capacitación y generación de demanda conjunta.
Responsabilidades:
Reclutamiento de Partners
- Identificar y priorizar perfiles de partners alineados a nuestras verticales estratégicas (RH, nómina, integradores, consultoras).
- Prospectar activamente vía LinkedIn, ferias, networking y asociaciones de la industria.
- Ejecutar nuestro pitch de valor y coordinar reuniones con decision-makers.
Onboarding y Activación
- Implementar un onboarding express con materiales de ventas listos para usar.
- Asegurar que cada nuevo partner genere al menos un lead calificado en su primera semana.
- Coordinar capacitaciones comerciales y técnicas, junto al equipo de GeoVictoria.
Gestión de la relación
- Realizar seguimiento mensual de pipeline y oportunidades.
- Detectar barreras en el proceso de venta y proponer soluciones.
- Organizar sesiones de actualización de producto y compartir casos de éxito.
Generación de Demanda
- Planificar y ejecutar actividades de co-marketing como webinars, eventos y campañas conjuntas.
- Compartir leads según compromiso y resultados del partner.
Métricas y Reportes
- Medir desempeño por partner (ingresos, leads, tasa de cierre, tiempo de activación).
- Reportar KPIs mensuales y proponer mejoras continuas.
Requisitos
:
- Experiencia previa en desarrollo de canales o partnerships (ideal en SaaS o tecnología).
- Habilidades comerciales y de negociación.
- Capacidad para coordinar múltiples stakeholders y proyectos a la vez.
- Alta autonomía y orientación a resultados.
Valorable:
- Conocimiento del ecosistema de Recursos Humanos, nómina o tecnología B2B en Colombia.
- Experiencia previa en roles de desarrollo de negocios o ventas indirectas.
