We are seeking an experiencedOperations & Administration Coordinatorto oversee and professionalize all administrative, financial, and operational processes within the Bogotá regional office.This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational rigor, financial accuracy, compliance with global standards, and seamless coordination between the LATAM organization and Headquarters in Hamburg. The role requires a high level of autonomy, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex processes across multiple business units.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate all administrative operations across LATAM.Manage financial operations: P&L, Branch Report, Cash Flow, budgeting, and internal controls.Administer monthly sales commissions and variable compensation.Oversee SOPs, process optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement.Supervise CRM (HubSpot): data integrity, reporting, KPIs, forecasts.Support HR operations: hiring, onboarding, documentation, policy compliance.Prepare executive-level reports and maintain ongoing communication with HQ in Germany.Ensure to have up-to-date contracts with all service providers (Accounting, Legal, Administrative and HR), as well as doing the corresponding management.Support the General Director in the day-to-day administration activities of the office.Search and management of new marketing providers, general services, office equipment, insurance, etc.Routine following up for customers' overdue payment and Cash flows.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.3+ years' experience in operations, administration, finance, or project management.Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial analysis, KPIs, and budgeting.Advanced Excel and Office 365 skills.Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or SAP preferred).English: >B2 mandatory.Highly organized, analytical, process-driven, and able to operate under pressure with executive-level judgment.What We OfferJoin the global leader in medical technology.High-impact regional role with strategic responsibilities.Direct exposure to global teams and headquarters in Hamburg.Real opportunities for professional growth in a high-performance environment.
