We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsible Quality Control Specialist to evaluate sales team performance through the review of video and audio calls. This role focuses on identifying errors, detecting best practices, and ensuring adherence to internal sales standards. The specialist will provide structured feedback and contribute directly to improving overall call quality and closing performance.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales or customer service, demonstrates strong analytical listening skills, and maintains a high level of objectivity and professionalism. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

What you will do
  • Review Sales Calls: Evaluate video and audio recordings of sales representatives, ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal scripts.
  • AI-Assisted Analysis: Work with our internal AI tools to analyze recorded calls. Since calls are processed through AI, interest or basic ability in creating effective prompts is highly valued.
  • Identify Errors and Opportunities: Detect mistakes, missed opportunities, or exemplary behaviors, documenting each finding clearly and accurately.
  • Quality Reporting: Prepare concise quality reports that support coaching, improvement plans, and performance evaluations.
  • Support Performance-Based Bonuses: Validate and confirm errors found, contributing to the calculation of quality-related incentives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide insights to supervisors regarding recurring issues or training needs.
Requirements

Professional Background

  • Experience in sales or customer service is required.
  • Previous exposure to quality control, auditing calls, or similar functions is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to detect deviations in scripts, process adherence, and communication style.
  • Objective and unbiased judgment in evaluating performance.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise, and professional written feedback.
  • Interest in AI tools: Curiosity or enthusiasm for working with AI call-analysis systems. Ability to craft simple prompts or willingness to learn is an advantage.

  • Base salary: USD $300 monthly.
  • Performance bonus: Up to $50 monthly, based on the number of validated and confirmed errors identified.
