Job Description
We are looking for a
B2B Customer Service Executive
to support our operations in the Brazilian market. The selected candidate will be responsible for
processing international student enrollments
,
maintaining the student database
,
managing invoices
, and providing
high-quality support and guidance
to partner agencies, students, and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage student enrollments in our schools located in the United States, Canada, Europe, and other destinations.
  • Support the B2B Sales Team in Brazil in meeting its sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international partner agencies.
  • Provide prompt and effective assistance regarding visas, payments, and student arrivals.
  • Ensure efficient, proactive, and friendly customer service to both agencies and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
  • Fluent in English. (Only)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or similar role
  • Location: 100% on-site in Bogotá D.C. – Torre Sigma
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
