We're seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to lead outreach and drive new B2B revenue. You'll own the pipeline from cold outreach to close while mentoring best practices across the team.
You will:
- Build and manage a qualified B2B pipeline via
cold email
and
cold calling - Run consultative discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations
- Track metrics (open rates, connect rates, conversion) and iterate
- Collaborate with legal/ops to ensure clean handoffs and client success
You have:
- 3+ years in B2B sales with consistent quota attainment
- Strong
leadership
/ownership mindset; comfortable with cold outreach - Excellent written & spoken
