Sales Executive (B2B) — Bogotá (On-site)

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to lead outreach and drive new B2B revenue. You'll own the pipeline from cold outreach to close while mentoring best practices across the team.

You will:

  • Build and manage a qualified B2B pipeline via
    cold email
    and
    cold calling
  • Run consultative discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations
  • Track metrics (open rates, connect rates, conversion) and iterate
  • Collaborate with legal/ops to ensure clean handoffs and client success

You have:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales with consistent quota attainment
  • Strong
    leadership
    /ownership mindset; comfortable with cold outreach
  • Excellent written & spoken
    English
  • Nice-to-have: background selling financial services
    or complex services
