We're looking for a hands-on
Marketing Ops Specialist
who can build, launch, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns. If you love automation, data, and modern tools, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, nurtures, webinars, events).
  • Manage marketing automation workflows end-to-end.
  • Set up segmentation, scoring models, routing, and UTM tracking.
  • Maintain clean data flow between automation tools and CRM.
  • Analyze performance and provide insights.
  • Collaborate with demand gen, sales, and content teams.

Experience With

Hands-on execution is a must. Experience with platforms like:

Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, ActiveCampaign, Zoho Campaigns, or similar.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing ops or campaign execution.
  • Proven ability to build campaigns end-to-end.
  • Solid CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytics, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to Have

ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks), data tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit), or SaaS/B2B experience.
