We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and independent specialist to audit contractors, operational processes, and media campaigns. This is not a leadership or supervisory role, We need someone who executes with autonomy, drives audits and reporting end-to-end, and ensures quality and compliance without requiring step-by-step guidance.

The Operations Audit Specialist will directly handle audits, data analysis, campaign tracking, and reporting in BI tools. This person must be able to work independently, take ownership of processes, and deliver reliable results consistently, allowing leadership to delegate tasks with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Audit contractor and driver payments: validate records, amounts, categories, and spot inconsistencies.

Review contractor scheduling and shifts to ensure fairness, compliance, and proper performance tracking.

Audit media campaign execution: miles, impressions, communications, wrap installations/removals.

Independently coordinate driver appointments for wrap installations and removals.

Build and maintain Looker Studio / BI dashboards with findings and key operational/financial metrics.

Identify issues proactively and implement corrective actions directly, not only reporting them.

Improve and standardize internal processes to elevate professionalism and reduce risks.

Provide hands-on support in operations when required (no "management by delegation").

Tools & Platforms

Google Sheets / Excel (advanced – macros, pivots, validations).

Looker Studio / BI (required).

SQL (intermediate – able to query data independently).

Slack, Notion, and internal management platforms.

Ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

% of payments audited with no errors.

% of contractors and campaigns fully audited with compliance.

Number of issues detected vs resolved directly.

Average turnaround time for delivering audit reports.

Adherence to audit protocols and reporting cadence.

Requirements

4–5 years of proven experience in audit, operations, compliance, or media ops.

English level C1 required (oral and written).

Strong BI skills (Looker Studio required, Power BI/Tableau a plus).

SQL intermediate (ability to query and validate data directly).

Advanced Excel/Sheets (formulas, pivots, macros, automations).

Valid B1/B2 visa and availability to travel to the U.S. when required.

Hands-on, independent executor with strong attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to interact with contractors, providers, and internal stakeholders.
