Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (some days from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and others from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Saturdays: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Two days off per week, which may or may not be consecutive.

Location: Murano, Medellín

Required languages: English C1

Job description: We are looking for an Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor who is dedicated and passionate about providing an excellent online shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on detail.

Responsibilities:

· Manage phone calls and emails efficiently and professionally.

· Provide assistance to customers with their online purchases, effectively resolving questions and problems.

· Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear and detailed solutions.

· Work closely with the team to maintain a high level of service and meet objectives.

· No chat management required, only phone calls and emails.

Requirements:

· C1 level of English.

· Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

· Previous experience in customer service.

· Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different situations efficiently.

· Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems independently.
