Sales Support IV

Objective:

Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations, coordination across internal teams, and organizational effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and general communications.
  • Coordinate office operations (facilities, contracts, asset tracking, corporate card controls).
  • Liaise with Legal, Finance, Travel, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and documentation.
  • Support budget development, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
  • Organize internal/external meetings and events.
  • Assist in influencing decisions related to office vendors, mobile/travel providers, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to work across multiple systems.
  • Fluent English & Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Stakeholder management and communication excellence.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in administrative support, coordination, and operational processes.

Non-Negotiables

  • Full onsite presence in Bogotá (no hybrid/remote).
  • Strong spoken & written English.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing presentations/reports.
  • Proven stakeholder coordination experience.
