Medellín, Colombia (On-site / Hybrid depending on company policy)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, aligned with U.S. business hours (EST/CST/PST depending on market focus).
Felixbikity to work on the weekends and Colombian public holidays.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Closer to join our dynamic sales team in Medellín. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills in English (close to native level), and a proven ability to convert qualified leads into paying clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing the end of the sales cycle, handling objections, and ensuring a smooth and confident closing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual or phone-based meetings with pre-qualified leads to present solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition to deliver tailored sales pitches.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and CRM tools to ensure timely engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with lead generation and appointment-setting teams to optimize conversion rates.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities, client information, and communication in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company professionally and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
English fluency: Near-native or C1/C2 proficiency (spoken and written).
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in closing B2B or B2C sales, ideally in international markets or English-speaking environments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
