**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop strong relationships with business owners to facilitate trust and collaboration.
- Present customized financial solutions and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitors to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to funding.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Continuously gather feedback from clients to refine our offerings and improve the customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in a closing role (preferably in fintech or financial services).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
