About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Pre-Sales / Appointment Specialist to be the crucial first point of contact for our prospective clients. This role is focused on qualifying warm and cold leads, confirming their interest and needs, handling initial questions, and transferring the call or scheduling high-quality, pre-vetted consultations for our dedicated Sales/Closer team. You are responsible for ensuring the Sales team only engages with the most promising and prepared prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification & Vetting: Proactively call warm and cold leads to assess their genuine interest, financial readiness, and specific needs related to our clinic services.
- Information Confirmation: Confirm all necessary preliminary details from the prospect to ensure a smooth and efficient handover to the Sales Closer.
- Appointment Management: Strategically schedule and confirm qualified consultation appointments using our CRM system, Go High Level (GHL).
- Initial Objection Handling: Professionally address and overcome basic initial objections or concerns to maintain prospect engagement and ensure they attend the booked consultation.
- Data collection - capture specific data needed.
- CRM Data Management: Maintain impeccably organized and detailed records of all interactions, qualification status, and outcomes within the GHL CRM, providing clear notes for the Sales Closer.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support by completing call notes and ensuring all necessary documentation is ready for the next stage of the sales pipeline.
Qualifications & Skills
- Communication Excellence: Fluent in English with outstanding, articulate verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying confidence and professionalism.
- Pre-Sales Acumen: Proven experience in a pre-sales, qualification, or high-volume appointment setting role is essential.
- Persuasive Qualifier: Confident and engaging on the phone, with the ability to effectively probe for information and qualify a lead's commitment level.
- Organizational Mastery: Highly organized and meticulous, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy in managing a large volume of leads.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with CRM platforms; direct experience with Go High Level (GHL) is a significant advantage.
- Time Zone Alignment (Preferred): Candidates based in Latin America or similar time zones are preferred for optimal coverage of our target market hours.
- Self-Driven: A self-motivated individual with a genuine passion for understanding client needs and ensuring they take the first step toward achieving their health goals.
