You will be the primary closer for inbound and warm leads focused on purchasing our LLC Hub Start-Up Services.Your role is to embody GBS Group's core values—Client First, Kind Candor, and Pursue Growth and Learning—by building genuine rapport and effective communication that ensures every prospect feels valued and understood from the first interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Activity (Open to Goal Mandate): Execute 8 to 12 calls/meetings per day with qualified prospects. This is a mandatory daily KPI and the expectation for being "Open to Goal" is that work continues until this activity quota is met.Expert Education: Educate prospects on LLC Hub's Start-Up Services and compliance offerings from an expert, consultative perspective.Pipeline Management: Maintain a clear, accurate, and observable pipeline in the CRM. Move all prospects to the proper stage throughout the day.Documentation: Diligently document all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM notes.Diligence: Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods.Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service.Key Results (KPIs)These Metrics Define High Performance In This RoleShow Rate: Maintain a Show Rate >70% (Percentage of scheduled meetings that actually occur).Close Rate: Maintain a Close Rate >20% (Percentage of meetings converted to sales).Sales Performance: Directly contribute to Sales Revenue and optimizing Sales Cycle Time.Pipeline Hygiene: All prospects are properly moved in the CRM and client information is fully documented by EOD.Follow-Up Consistency: All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely.What We Offer YouCompensation: Guaranteed Base Salary + Uncapped Commission. OTE is $45k - $60k.Work Ethic (Open to Goal): We operate with an Open to Goal philosophy. This means that work is driven by daily activity metrics, and the commitment is to meet your mandatory activity KPIs (8-12 calls) regardless of the clock, aligning your effort directly with your uncapped earning potential.Development: Internal training and coaching, leveraging GBS Group's deep business and advisory experience to help you grow rapidly.Work/Life: Flexible Time Off Policy and Company-wide Holidays.RequirementsExperience: 1+ years of high-volume transactional sales experience (e.g., event tickets, gym memberships, subscriptions, or similar B2B/B2C services).Communication: Excellent communicator over phone and video conference, with a great ability to present complex information clearly.Self-Management: Self-sufficient and able to properly manage your own time and an organized sales pipeline.Mindset: Routine driven, open to learning new sales processes, and focused on finding solutions and creating simplicity for our clients.
