**What You’ll Do**
- Make high-quality **outbound calls** to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments.
- Handle **inbound calls** with confidence, persuasion, and excellent service.
- Follow structured workflows and maintain detailed, accurate notes in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to efficiently move deals forward.

**What You Bring**
- **Native or near-native English level (C1-C2)** - _this is mandatory_.
- Proven experience in **sales, call centers, or customer-facing roles**.
- Strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and confidence in handling objections.
- High reliability, attention to detail, and strong organizational habits.
- Must currently live in **Medellín** and be available to work **on-site** (no remote option).
